Refuge A can accommodate up to 103 guests and also offers outdoor camping spaces for those who prefer to stay outside or are travelling with a pet dog. Sleeping arrangements are provided in shared rooms of varying sizes. Depending on availability and current occupancy, groups may be allocated across different rooms.
Private rooms or guaranteed group-only accommodation cannot always be assured, particularly for guests arriving without a prior booking. The refuge manager will always do their best to accommodate everyone as comfortably and fairly as possible, based on the situation on the day.

Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee accommodation. A booking is confirmed only after a reply from the refuge and receipt of the required deposit, according to the instructions sent to you.
*Cancellation Policy:
Above 21 days before the reservation: you get a full refund
From 20 up to 8 days before: It is possible to transfer the reservation date within the current period of operation of the shelter to the current year only if there are places available in the shelter.
Less than 7 days prior: Sorry, no refund
(In case of a refund, please note that it will take place at the end of the season, and you will be charged for the bank transfer expenses.)
The Mountaineering Association can ONLY refund any amount to the same account where the payment was made. Attention: Any bank commission for the return of the amount is charged exclusively to the depositor, even if the respective interbank policy increases the amount to be returned. In case the deposit has been made via PayPal, then the refund due to cancellation will be made automatically without any bank commission.
The refuge manager is NOT responsible for refunds due to cancellation.
